“Fell In Love With A Girl” by The White Stripes.
1.Does the song stand on its own? Yes, for the most part. Jack White is a talented musician and knows how to write a tune. The only thing with this particular song is that it is short and fairly repetitive, so the video helps make it more interesting.
2.Does the video complement the song? If so, how? The song is about falling in love with a girl, and the video shows a boy chasing a girl, so I would say yes.
3.What does the song mean to me personally? There’s no deep personal significance in this video for me. It’s a video done with Legos to a good song by an awesome band. I just really like it.
4.Does this artist have any other songs/videos worth checking out? Most of the Stripes videos I’ve seen are excellent. Check out “The Hardest Button to Button”, “Seven Nation Army”, and “Blue Orchid”.
